Admission into the National Diploma is currently going on at the                                               Polytechnic ketu annex PROCEDURE FOR CHANGE OF PROGRAMME/DEPARTMENTAND INSTITUTION Download Admission Form Here National Diploma A student shall normally be allowed to process  change of institution for National Diploma  in the Polytechnic. A student shall normally be allowed to apply for Higher National Diploma with  their Industrial Attachement letter, Transcript  from their institution and Certificate for completion of program. A student shall not normally be allowed to change his/her programme but in special cases, applicant for a change of course or change of school should be routed through his/her  Head of Department to the Academic office for the Registrar’s consideration . Any student wishing to change programme (Department) shall so signify during the second  semester of the session proceeding that in which the change is to take place by completing the prescribed form and submitting same to his/her Head of Department before the commencement of the second semester examination. Any student involved in unauthorized change of programme shall be deemed to have  abandoned the programme for which he/she was registered and shall be so treated. Change of programme shall only be affected if a student has spent at least one academic  session in this institution and is prima facie qualified for the new programme to which he/she applies to change. Change of programme shall be effected before registration for the session closes.
